Your actual vacation package is composed of services from multiple partners—such as airlines, resorts, hotels, local guides, and transport providers—and each retains its own specific cancellation terms. We ensure you receive every vendor's exact policy upfront so there are never any surprises.

What happens if I paid an agency research fee or deposit?

In the event that a modest research fee, initial deposit, or special package fee was collected directly by 420 Compass, we will happily roll that entire credit over to a future reservation should you need to cancel for any reason. 

Can I reschedule my trip or receive travel credit?

Yes, absolutely on our side! You can apply your 420 Compass booking credit toward future travel dates. Please note that rescheduling individual elements like flights, excursions, or resort stays remains subject to each vendor's specific policies.

How do I notify you if I need to cancel my trip?

The quickest way to cancel or modify your plans is to send an email to your primary travel coordinator and copy reservations@420Compass.com. We will immediately start coordinating with our partners to secure the best resolution for you.

Where can I find specific cancellation rules for my resort or excursion?

We provide full details and terms for every airline, accommodation, and excursion included in your itinerary at the time of quotation and booking. You can also request a copy from our team at any time.

Do you recommend travel insurance?

Yes. Because each airline, cruise line, and lodging provider maintains distinct cancellation windows and refund rules, comprehensive travel protection provides extra peace of mind for unexpected circumstances. It's so important tha your actual travel advisor is required to ask you to sign a waiver if you do not want travel insurance.
