The water's so calm and perfectly warm. Even those who don't swim will like wading in that gorgeous calm water, their feet walking on a soft, sandy bottom. 7 Mile Beach is for everyone. Thankfully, not everyone knows- and it still has that small, undiscovered feel. Yes- seriosuly. It offers a certain sense of freedon as a result. 

The vibe here is little cottage on the beach. The property itself has units tucked here and there throughout, and they're fun to explore. A winding pavered path guides you from the business end of the property to the aaaaah end, with stops at rooms, the property's pool, dining area, bar and barside dining, ending at that beautiful beach. Even maxed out it's not crowded, because it's really not that big. Sweet, right? Plus, It's got that Jamaican feeling: Breezey, with beautiful turquoise waters, friendly banter, and not a care or concern to be found.

Bring extra flip flops or buy some there. Jamaica eats flip flops. Bring whatever t-shirts and comfy shorts you have, maybe a bathing suit or five. Don't worry about blow dryers or concealer or six shades of shadow. Nobody cares. Bring a smile and a friendly soul, some money to leave here and there, and that's it. You're all packed!

By the time your stay is over, you're going to be thinking abut selling everything and moving to the ocean. I do, every time. Isn't that part of the fun of a great vacation???
