Stop by a local dispensary if you choose, or sit back, enjoy the ride, and know there are plenty of places and ways to buy good ganja where you're going- even vetted sources we use ourselves. 

Speaking of vetted, we work closely with Toke & Tour in the Negril area. They always take great care of me when I visit, amd I know they'll do the same for you. You'll most likely meet them at the airport, as well as on as many "Add On" offerings that we can: they're awesome! Some resorts have associates they naturally like to support, and we of course gladly work with their crews. Heck, they're all like family at this point, so there ya' go.
