Our favorite farm to table retreat, Zimbali Retreat, is allowing our guests staying in Negril to come experience "The Cooking Show"- Negril's original, and AWARD WINNING, Farm to Table cuisine creation show. Over the years, Chef has managed to up the offerings every year, pleasing both new and return foodies, and continues setting the bar for both food and entertainment.

How well do you really know your fruits and veg? Will you have the answers to chef's questions? Truth is, you'll know more after your delicious lesson is over. This experience is enlightening- and fun.

You'll gather around the chef's zone and interact with him while he prepares each course. You'll enjoy open air dining, (no worries- sheltered from the occasional shower), nestled in a private retreat in the mountains above Negril, not a sound anywhere but trees swaying in the breeze and dinner companions laughing and swapping stories. 

Your evening includes private round trip transport from Negril, and a delicious 5 course meal, prepared right in front of you, totally organic, sourced right there. The flavors are amazing, and the chef brings it with his unexpected and delicious combinations.
