Experience "The Cooking Show"- Negril's original farm to table cuisine creation show. Over the years, Chef has managed to make it even better, and is still setting the bar for both food and entertainment.

How well do you really know your fruits and veg? Will you have the answers to chef's questions? Truth is, you'll know more after your delicious lesson is over. This experience is enlightening- and fun.

You'll gather around the chef's zone and interact with him whil ehe prepares each course. You'll enjoy open air dining, (no worries- sheltered from the occasional shower), nestled in a private retreat in the mountains above Negril, not a sound anywhere but trees swaying in the breeze and dinner companions laughing and swapping stories. 

Your evening includes a delicious 5 course meal, prepared right in front of you, totally organic, sourced right there, and all the ingredients told, all the techniques explained. The flavors are amazing, and the chef brings it with his unexpected and delicious combinations.
