Sint Maarten/ St Marten: One trip 2 Countries.

Have you seen that beach where you can lay on it and the planes come down low, landing gear down, right over your head...  and land right behind you?

You know, the one where people hang on to the fence and let the let blast blow them?

This is that place: Maho Beach.

And the blast? Don't let it catch you by surprise. It's a beast-- but a great story.

The island doesn't feel touristy. It feels more like you live there, or someone you know does. Actually, when I was there, an old friend mentioned his family has a place there. Proves my point. It doesn't feel like the typical tourist trap. It feels real. It's definitely a great choice for any vacation.
